Yes, V n N...already plan di day in di mineral water...am trying to proactive mi no know bout di drinking part but plan to mek di muscles etc soak

I have a cyst in my arm which he says doesn't look to be anything..

OUCH Sis evanovitch!! Sounds like you are really suffering! So sorry to hear that.
I assume you are already taking glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate. I hear that MSM is very good too; I can't get it here and so I haven't tried it but the other two do help. Take plenty of them along with you because you may not be able to find them there and you don't want to have to look for them.
Have a good trip to Jamaica. Hope you don't stress your joints too much on the way there. And be sure you have your iPod or iPad or whatever along so you won't be bored.

bwoy mi had was fi dip an tek some medicine...it stop di pain but mek mi sooo woozy...plus having masked di pain, mi tek fool so walk like seh mi cure..n now dat di medicine wear off n mi not tekking no more, di pain come bak

den mi realise dat di orthopedic surgeon mi see was di said one who looked at mi sista hip n neva do nutten bout di tumour wich turned out to be cancerous...so now mi a fret bout di cyst him seh deh at mi elbow wich is no problem...eeeekkkkk....mi gwine to have smaddy else give a look ovah...

an Ms P mi pay fi mi treatments dahling...mi not on dem healthcare....true is not as expensive as down south, but i pay as i go...

funny but i was feeling no pain r stress in Ja...now mi ankle swelling up again but the pain is not as bad...

have to get an MRI done...mi sister keep reminding me but will ongle seh is to mek sure n rule out...

now i am looking for a clinic dat have a roomy one...dem not all di said size i gather....i am looking fi as big as i can find cause i am claustophobic n frankly will decide to do widdout it rather than freak

added to dat her kidney function test look iffy fi di fuss time eva...her count is good but her kidney function r off... am trying not to trip as she is still in remission...has a slight cold n i am battling wid har to tek it easy etc etc etc...sighhhh

sometimes i could do wid a close friend fi real....but hey...

u know i hear my MIL say when she in ja her health is way better and i notice it in her too. di minute she come back a CND har pressure high, har wrist have issues, har knee, har chess but as long as she not here she fine. only ting she wi bawl say she tired and feel feint in the heat.
