So my dr. sending me to do a CT scan fi see what a gwaan wid mi sinuses. Now as I know, I am very claustrophobic.

u think them will give me a sedative ? or even general anasthesia me woulda prefer

I gwine haffi call this place again tomorrow...cause is only after me google the procedure and think bout it me realize what it entail

Years ago I had to do one per year and mi tell yuh mi almost vomit wid fear
All mi did do is shet mi yeye tight and sing nursery rhymes inna mi head

I am so glad those yearly scans are ova

I just got done blowing my nose. I'm just grateful it was loose enough to blow. This has been my worst sinus year ever.

I have had a CT scan before, but I don't remember what the machine looked like so it must not have been scary.

The MRI on the other hand was a different story. It was supposed to be an open mri, but that is not what I would call it. After I made them get me out of that contraption, they had to give me two doses of valium. When they asked if I was relaxed, I was like NOPE! The first one didn't take. I was able to complete it after the second dose though.

Don't worry. I think the CT Scan is truly not closed in. If it were, I'm sure I'd have a story about it.
