Clean vs Dirty eating

I see a lot of health finatics throwing this phrase around a lot

What exactly is "Clean eating"
What does that constitute?

fruits, vegetables , beans, nuts, meat, fish, eggs etc is what it usually means

unprocessed food (except for cooking i guess)

usually organic i think.

so minimal bread, crackers, cake, plantain tart tinned goods etc

Looking through that site I see some processed food being mentioned.

I can never understand what people mean by when they say they don't eat processed food. All these foods no matte the label goes through some form of processing

The site was helpful in answering some questions I had though..like frozen Veg vs Fresh
