I signed up for torture

I committed to a fitness class which work paid for during my lunch hour.

Now I have been calling the people them pickney all manner of unChristian names for the past 3 days and I have no regrets. The likkle wretch have the nerve to walk over and tell me there is no word name cant in this gym when I told her I cant do the situps mi body hurting from mi [censored] to mi elbow (awrite maybe mi should say sore) ... I have discovered I have muscles in places I have never felt them before.

I decide to do the healthy thing no matter what so since work interfered with my progress when I went back I will incorporate lunch time workouts with my food management ... unno wish me luck.

sit ups are hard on the lower back...especially when not done properly and even worse when the gym instructor is pushing you to do 20, 30, 50, 100, 200 and more repetitive sit ups with no regards to form.

There are a couple of classes at work mi did consider taking but after a few run ins wid di instructor in the locker room mi a mek sure stay clear of fi har classes.

So nex semester mi haffie find something that she is not the teacher/trainer

Confession Sandi it is the first time I have been able to do the situps without crying ... I have to give her props she modifies the exercise to suit the individual ... she didnt have me go all the way to the ground as she realised there was no way I was going to be able to do it that way and she doesnt ask you to do even 20 reps. She works with each person to correct their form so the exercise should be effective (not only with the situp) ... she asked where are you feeling the effect etc if it looks like you are off and explains which muscle group u are targeting and help to correct it. But i still want to cuss har

in a few weeks the aches and pain will be no more... just follow through and be consistent. even get to love the torturing...that makes it even more fun.
