Do you guys wear it or put it on ur kids?

mr Vegas paranoia is over riding mine cus i never even thought of sunscreen for lil miss i have been informed that i need to get some for this summer.

i remember once i used sunscreen and i didn't like it bcus it was super greasy....
and let me show my ignorance by asking is there a particular sunscreen that best for black ppl?

no there isn't any particular ones that are best for black, and sunscreen has come a long way since the greasy days

what you want to get is one that stays on top of the skin (as opposed to being absorbed by the skin)

also, during the summer baby vegas can sport a hat as well with a nice brim, cause yes sometimes the scalp get burn.

i only usually put it on them when we going beach/pool etc.

but i doan know what and what them recommeding these days

i doan have no recommendation...but looking one fi myself that doan burn or sting if it run eena u eye

(1) provides broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection.

(2) has an SPF of at least 15 to 30. You could go for a higher SPF, but most experts believe that these high SPF sunscreens don't provide that much extra protection. Some experts go as far as to say the SPF rating should be capped at SPF 30 or SPF 50, which provides protection against 97 to 98 percent of UVB rays. Using a high SPF sunscreen might provide more protection for those parents who don't use enough sunscreen and don't reapply it often enough though.


(3) is water-resistant. Even if you aren't going swimming, if your child is outside, he will likely be sweating, so a water resistant might provide better protection than a regular sunscreen.

(4) is hypoallergenic and fragrance free, especially if your child has sensitive skin.

(5) is in a form that is easy to use on your child, whether that means it is a stick, gel, lotion

Use ones that have titanium dioxide or zinc oxide, since they can be less irritating than avobenzone, a common sunscreen ingredient.

Sunscreen is important for all people. The ILP's dont leave the house without it. Period. O, and that is 365 days a year.

boal mi just as paranoid as yuh and mr vegas when it comes to mi child.

I remember researching this last summer when mi was trying to sort out the safer kinds of sunscreen to use for likklegen

plus I like to read a lot

which one does ur family use?

We use the neutrogena line of products. for hunter i use the wet skin (for kids) line.
