All over NYC - very young thin, blonde or dyed blonde young ladies are wearing them. Some without undergarments and very thin and the wind blowing them like MM skirt.Comment

I don't hate it either, but I think the casual tie-waist and the soft fabric make that one drape a little better than what I was expecting to see. I don't like it enough to wear one though..Comment
