Cerassee - what is it good for?

let's talk about this bitter bush tea.

mi memba mi modda used to gimme dis when mi have belly ache or any kinda ailment. what a ting taste bad but yard people swear by it.

mi find miself a drink it lately caw mi have a stash a tea bag.

is it cleansing or good fi anything other than test how much bittaniss one can stand

I have also heard it is good for diabetes but I think i heard i masks sugar levels or something so

Also called Jamaica cerasee tea is one of the best herbal tea that anyone can consume. Testimonies could be uttered by the people of Jamaica, Brazil, Curacao, Aruba, Philippines and Cuba. Many people have felt rejuvenated, healthy and pure due to the consumption of the tea of cerasee.

The vine is grown all over Jamaica and is used by the majority of the people who can testify of all the ailments that this tea can cure.

I think the most mi can guh up to (bitterness) is green tea, all the try mi a try fi get used to drink it every day mi nah mek nuh progress. \o/

Gen, either mi palate just old or sinting but di tea bag nuh as potent as mi memba di bush tea was as a kid.

mi also train miself fi drink tea widdout sugar suh is not much of a stretch fi mi.

FT if you do a test a urine sample the sugar levels look nice but if you do a blood test if not better than before ...but I think most ppl nowadays test using the little blood tester thing and not the strips and urine. My granny had diabetes and she couldn't drink it.

what brand cerassee tea bag yuh have ? mabye mi try it see how it taste now that I am an adult

The bush grow in my yard so I just pull some and boil it no sugar drink it twice a week.

A friend of mine from Dominican Republic let me now it is used in her country to anoint the skin. Boil it and sap the affected area (rash, bumps, etc).

I tried it and it works wonderfully. Anytime I get a bug bite or some other blemish on my skin, I bathe it with cerasse, the results always amaze me.

BTW, I did tell my friend that in Jamaica we drink it as a cleanser. So it is basically the same, internal or external cleanser.

I heard that it is too potent to drink on a regular basis, especially if it is not dried. Dunno if I fully believe it though, the source didn't have any documentation. Although, since hearing that I stopped drinking it every week.

yea, i heard that nine days straight is the maximum u should drink cerassee, according to the old wives.

cerassee is in the bitter melon family, i think, and i know trinis who eat bitter melon to control diabetes. that masking thing gives me pause, though.
