So with the tendinitis in my wrist I am struggling to get back my workout routine since most exercise except for walking and running involve use of the hand. Today I could only manage 23.45 mins out of the 30 before the pain became unbearable. I am supposed to rest the wrist so that the inflammation can reduce enough for the physiotherapist to work his magic at getting it better and I am really trying since my family doc look mi in the eye and tell me him will put it in a cast so it can rest and that isn't and option
So I need unno expert (CB Google help is acceptable) advice on some strength training mi can do that don't involve any or much wrist action since I will be walking and running whole heap.
