Sometimes you just have to laugh

I entered the bank last Saturday morning, right away I noticed this guy at the window standing there waiting. He looked Ok until my eyes went down to view his shoes. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img] What can I say the guy was wearing thonged flip flops and white tube socks. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif[/img]

Now I'm having a conversation in my head asking myself as hot as it is how can he wear "thong" flip flops with white tube socks. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/scareyuh.gif[/img] "How can he walk in those things?" Then I see myself reasoning if he was my husband no way would he be stepping out of the house to go anywhere with me wearing that. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70388-shameonyou.gif[/img]

So of course out of all the people he could chat with I was the chosen one. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/desdentado.gif[/img] When I was getting into my car I heard him shouting "Hey where are you going!" [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek2.gif[/img] I was praying that he wouldn't follow me. Yesterday I pick up a magazine and here is Prince wearing the same thonged flip flops and white socks. Yes, it's pretty funny. I didn't tell you about the guy that works at one oldies record store. When he found out that we lived in the same general area he asked me did I swim. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ideathink.gif[/img] I told him no and he invited me to his apartment"s pool anyway. His boss was standing there listening to him, it just struck me as being funny. Next thing I know he was handing me his card telling me to call him if I changed my mind [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]


I put it in my purse and a week later I was going through my purse when I found the card again. Lord, on the front of the card was the name of the business. On the back of it has a label with his address and name underneath it he added in pen his telephone number. I thought I was special until I saw the pre address label.
