Help me dress for my party!

OK. I need help. I am having a big party to celebrate a birthday milestone. There will be lots of dancing and an all-night party. Friends from three countries and all over the U.S. are coming.

Here's what you have to work with: I have nice legs and look good in heels, square boxy body shape, nice boobs, less than flat tummy and medium build and a few inches over 5 feet. Please, tell us WHERE you're having the party. make sure you have emergency shoes if you're gonna wear heels, or heels that you KNOW you can dance the night away in.

Anyway, no way can I wear those split gaucho pants things! I am too boxy for them! If not done right, dem look too bootoo-ish. Here's the concept
Lime green shorts ... but shorter and no cuffs, these are walking shorts ... and made in raw silk ... if only I can find them!!

The top would be a short sleeve light silk tunic length thing ... in black. Maybe this...

Maybe not everyones cup of tea but I have come to prefer solid color tops and accessorize with fun jewelry & bags. I'd think darker color pants would add a visual of slimness. That green is something they could see you coming a mile away. If you want color I would go for some little stripes.
