Parade coming again. Need fi get mi parade baddy back so here I go.
Regime:
Gym 3+ times a week.
Berry, flax seed and oats smoothy for breakfast
Salad or something lean and low carb for lunch
Regular dinner (portioned)
Small portioned snacks in between.
The past few weeks have been mucho hectic for me so I have not been to the gym in two weeks but I have been getting some exercise in other ways.
Any tips fi speed up di process?
