No Jaded I dont. I have really thick hair though, hence my dislike of washing and deep conditioning it myself. It takes me all damn day when I do it myself.
The hairdresser uses a clarifying shampoo that strips any product build up (and any prescription meds build up too) and then I sit under the steamer for a 1/2 hour with a deep conditioner.
I think any hair type would benefit from the same regime, if you can do it. Short of someone yanking on my hair, it doesnt break or come out [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img] And where I live the air is super dry and cold in the winter and it keeps the moisture in my hair.
