Symtoms:
- Mental exhaustion by the time she goes to bed.
- Has to think twice about her child's birthday when asked at the doctor's office.
- Mental fog rolls in around 2pm - right around the time it's time to head to carpool.
- Shopping lists are a MUST. Otherwise, a few key ingredients are forgotten.
- She stands in the middle of the grocery (or any store) and asks herself: what was I going to get here?
- She goes to another room in the house and once there she looks around and wonders: what was I going to do here?
- Burns grilled sandwiches on one side because she "forgot" to flip.
