i had a sales lady in Lord & Taylor in Manhattan "give me pointers" <------- her words, on how to wear a dress I bought there for a party and the return it if i "wanted" to do that. i know the "pointers" was because she thought i couldnt afford it.

There was one episode on The King Of Queens, the husband was fussing at his wife cause she was buying too many clothes for her office. Some one told her how to wear it and take the things back. Of course after a while it back fired, she had to work and couldn't take one pair of expensive shoes back to work she convinced Doug to take them back that was the last day to be excepted. She told him to just ask for a size 7 1/2.
Well Doug tried to exchange them the people started talking French back and forth. The salesman told him it was a 7 1/2. He started to get scared, scooped them up and ran out the door with them. Then they were at her boss's big event where she wore this expensive something. He had a baby and was insisting that she hold it, the baby was getting ready to throw up on her Doug rushed in like he was playing football and grabbed the baby. "not knowing he had some at the house" I also bought a shower curtain for my husband's bathroom. I took the batteries back and bought something in place of that. Couple weeks later I showed husband the curtains and he didn't like it so I tried taking it back. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]
Of course I couldn't find the receipt and this horse faced girl told me they couldn't take it back because I had used my 2 limit thing without a reciept. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70400-talktohand.gif[/img] Blastid liar cause I had the reciept the other time. My friend ended up just taking the curtain and sending it to JA.

It's been in effect before this year cause I found out about it last year. Mi try return one gift mi get cause 2 ppl got me the same thing, so mi neva have any receipt.
