mi resigned fi guh salon once a week like clockwork \0/ cause mi cant badda


mi cut mi hair in september cause mi seh mi will do it miself wash....and if it shorter mi will more inclined fi dweet NOT.

suh now mi gwine grow it out and juss hand ovah mi head to the salon a week time \0/ mi think mi can get the drying time dung to 35 mins [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70384-praying.gif[/img]

You could pour conditioner and treatments on your hair everyday and not see any improvement. Hair is non-essential and gets what left if you're not eating properly, for example.

You really need to take of yourself, Miss Geneva. I know hair breakage can be a source of stress in and of itself, but you should concentrate on getting your health back on track. Eat, exercise, and rest in sufficient amounts of each; take supplements maybe for a few months to restore healthy levels of minerals and fat-soluble vitamins. Stronger hair will be just one of the many benefits.

In the meantime, have your stylist give you a protein/reconstructor treatment every 6-8 weeks, and a deep moisturizing conditioner every week. That should help to keep breakage to a minimum until healthier strands grow out.
