Mi nuh know wah mi a do *kissteet*

mi mek it mi new year resolution fi learn how fi put on makeup an start wear it more often. From week start, mi a apply dis ting an by 2 hr later mi go walk pass de mirror inna de restroom an mi nose a shine like rudolph.

Mi used to use ongle powder an by time mi lef mi yaad it nuh look like mi did put on nutten. Den smaddy tell mi say foundation muss use to; same ting happen. Den mi did read nunya or smaddy a chat bout concealer an mi go buy dat last month an tink it woodan wuk.

Well, it might wuk likkle caw de ressa mi face look fine but dis blasted nose ain't the lick[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nahtalktoyuh.gif[/img]

the reason why you nose a shine [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img] is because you makeup have SPF in deh...it have in sunscreen. Get the make without SPF or get Matte instead a glossy

MOST women have to do a nose pat at least once or twice a day if u have normal skin... no matter how much stuff u put on...

the only thin gi have found that will help keep the shine down is using as Kurlie said something with a matte finish...

I like Origins line of organic makeup... they have somethign called the "Zero Oil instant matte finish for oily places"

I tried it a few times and it seemed to work... but it was just too much stuff on my face with my regular foundation and what not - so I just went back to patting my nise once ro twice a day.

okay...

mi use mac makeup and the one wey mi use no have no spf so mi no get no shine nose. When you go buy foundation again ask them at the counter.

another one that is good to is the studio fix, its a one shot deal..it work like powder and foundation ina one.

aneeda ting to Zee...sometimes all areas of the face dont need makeup. What I do is use concealer under my eyes and around the mouth area that is a bit darker than the rest a my face and then use the studio fix makeup

yeah I like it too..been use it for a while, but is recently mi know bout the spf in a makeup

That's the one I got. MAC studio fix NW45. Anuh mi did go buy it and even den mi wooden did know fi ask bout spf. de moisturizer mi use hafe spf in deh dowe

U can go on the MAC website and see which of their products have an SPF rating. As far as I know the Studio Fix does not - but they have other foundations that do.

My moisturizer has the SPF so it doesn't matter to me if the studio fix does or not.

So can that be used alone, in place of dem make up tings??

Mi notice when mi face touch nutten, yuh si brown pon every blasted ting. Mi cyaan badda wid dat. Everybody nuh supposed to can know say mi a wear makeup *sigh*

That is one of the Main reasons why I no longer wear makeup. Mi can't stand di whole heap a brown pan everyting.

I only wear foundation once a year [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]

I suggest just do mascara and eye make up, use conceler where needed and forego the foundation [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]

My skin has been so much clearer since I stopped using foundation.


the rice paper is not a make up, it is just a blotter to soak up the oil soh yu face noh shine.

Z, Mac makes a foundation dats to die for, and ask them for the summer powder dat holds down de shine good good, a little eye liner and shadow, lip liner (a must) and gloss, and u shud be good to go! [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bannana_purple.gif[/img]

i doesnt go anywhere widdout my makeup, unless me wear me hair big n curly, i find dat i dont need any den!
