Lol no man not the boots like how women wear them,I have these rugged ankle boots similar to what you would see a soldier wears,but i wear them all loose with the laces undone and the tongue hanging out.
The jeans you describe are just about the size of it,loose up top but just a slight taper down the leg,I dont wear anything down below that clings,or show off the family jewels.
