New Year...New Topic: Would you by Michael Jordan's Fashions?

Went to the Nike outlet in the Pokes and then today in Toronto. I was shown Michael Jordan shoes. Both times I said "No way will I be buying anything with Michael Jordan's name on it. He married a White woman and I have to work too hard for my money to hand it over to some White woman." The guy who served me in Toronto was Black. He said "With an attitude like that you will never prosper." I nearly fainted. I am thinking of complaining about him. If it was a White sales person, I would have immediately asked for the manager.

So what do you think:

- Would you give your money to Michael Jordan fe gi im White woman? By buying his shoes and attire, he gets a cut and will share it with the White woman who will get his money when he croaks?
- Was the sales clerk out of line?
- Should I complain or give the brother a break?
- Should I complain without identifying who said it but suggest they give their staff a refresher on dealing with customers?

Now this should lead to a lively debate.

Michael Jordan’s Marriage to White Woman Prompts Controversy

In a discussion wid Lexi an di Mixup Yaad Linky-Linky massive......Mark Thompson raised a very important point - while it is commendable if two people, one black and one white, find true love.....there is still the question of what exactly is going on when it is commonplace to find famous and successful black men marrying white women with nothing or very little....but you NEVER see famous and successful white women marrying black men with nothing or very little? There must be reasons why this mixup is so.

..also you hardly ever see successful White or Asian men marrying Black women.
