Good afternoon. Mi ah beg unu fi please give me a good recipe, not dat any one yuh woulda gimmi nuh good, fi Curry Chicken. Mi wan cook it fi dinner tinight.

Curry Chicken
3lbs chicken
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 onion
2 sprigs thyme
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks escallion
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon<--gonna tek a guess here and sey Grandma2 means cooking oil. Simmy

chop up chicken an wash,set aside.in a dutch pot heat cooking oil,when hot,put in garlic, black pepper onion,escallion,thyme, fry for about 3 mins.add curry powder fry on medium for 4 mins.add chopped chicken and salt stir,and cover with lid. cook for about 5 mins.then stir,check again in 10 mins.it should have enough water to cook in it own juice. if not add couple tablespoon of water. cook for 20 mins.check for seasoning add scotch bonnet,cook for five more mins.enjoy
