just rub some jerk seasoning pan dem and put them in the oven- jerk shrimps to go [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients:

One pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
3 tablespoons jerk paste
2 tablespoons water (or soy sauce)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or melted butter)

Method:
Make a paste-style marinade by combining jerk paste with the water or soy sauce. Peel and de-vein shrimp. Add olive oil (or melted butter) to the paste marinade, then add shrimp and mix so that each shrimp is well coated by the marinade. Grill, broil or saute the shrimp, turning frequently, until thoroughly cooked, 5-6 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.

Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients

Jumbo Shrimp (as much as you like)

Walkers Wood Jerk Seasoning

Olive Oil

Peel and devein shrimp, rub with olive oil followed by some Walkers Wood. Broil for 5 to 6 minutes or until shirmp is cooked.
Enjoy.

Cous cous nice eno, can getti at yu local mawkit, name brand, *Near East*, get di plain original wan.
Mek dat an sum callaloo pan di side, peeca haad dough bread ar festival an summa lemonade, an yu well set. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
Hiff yu nuh want dis, mi will look fi sittin else.
Yu soon tun gourmet cook, dwl.

Mango Cous Cous

Ingredients:
1 cup cous cous
2 cups boiling water
½ of a mango, peeled and diced
¼ cup scallions, sliced thin on a bias
½ of a ripe Haas avocado, diced
juice of one lemon
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Put cous cous in a large bowl. Add the two cups of boiling water to the cous cous. Cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork. Add the mango, scallions, avocado and lemon juice. Carefully mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Jerk Shrimp.

Yields: 4 servings

Simmy, mi mek di swrimps an di couscous an ei come out nice yuh see. Ppl nayme aff di wole ting. It was very nice, mi ahgo kip it inna mi repetoire. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
