anyhow, yu knoh de salmon recipe yu did give we, well mi get 2 whole salmons bout 10lb each from BC.if mi have to BBQ dem mi will,but...

Honey Mustard Salmon

1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon powdered jerk seasoning (or powdered seasoning of your choice)
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
1 lemon, for garnish

In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard, and honey. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

Season salmon with jerk seasoning then brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle the tops of the fillets with the bread crumb mixture.

Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F , or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with a wedge of lemon.

This nice Granny .. you will ahve to adjust the honey/mustard mix depending on your taste to each caz some folks dont like mustard.

Bourbon Orange Salmon

1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped escallion (green onion )
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
cooking spray

Combine bourbon,sugar,soy sauce,orange juice, and lemon juice in a bowl.
In another bowl add garlic, escallion and chives to salmon then let it marinate for an hour.
Plcae salmon in bowl with bourbon ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.

Prepare grill or broiler.

Place salmon on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Cook 8 or so minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with marinade.

hey Cappy baby thank you very much, everyone enjoyed the Burbon Salmon. thanks alot. i add salt an pepper, (yu knoh dem deh tuff Jamaican) but dat all mi added. thank yu i will recommend it to everyone
