1 egg, beaten
grated rind of ½ lime
1 cup condensed milk
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 ½ cups golden rum
1 cup crushed ice
dash of Angostura bitters
grated nutmeg
Makes about 4 cups (Serves 6-8)
Put the egg, lime rind, condensed milk, evaporated milk and rum into an electric blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
Divide the ice between 6-8 wine glasses and pour over the cream punch. Add a dash of Angostura bitters and sprinkle over the nutmeg. Serve immediately.
