7UP Cake
1 1/2 cups butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup 7UP or any lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Cream together the butter and sugar till light and fully. Add eggs, one at a time beat well after each addition.stir in lemon and vanilla.add flour,alternately with the 7UP soft drink.
Pour into a well-greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 to 75 minutes. enjoy

Creme Pound Cake
1 1/4 cups butter
2 3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a bunt pan.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla,beat on high speed 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Combine flour,baking powder, salt and nutmeg, add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat on low speed. Pour into pan and bake 1 1/2 hours, or until cake tests done. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan.
