Red Herring

Im looking for a recipe to cook red herring. My gramma usually make this for me but she not doing so well again. I'd like to learn to cook it, but i'm having trouble finding a recipe. Im not lookin for the recipe for salmon gundy, im lookin for the cookup red herring recipe to eat with fry dumplin etc.

If anybody can help that would be great.

throw some rum on it and wrap it up inna paper and light it a fire and let it saty untill the fire goes out by itself...wow what a treat especially if you a drink two liccka.

urhooked do wat Sweetsop say, den yu fry up likle onion an pepper,wid tomato add the herring,cook fi bout 4 mins.

mi hope is so yu gramma did cook it.

well, tank gad fi dis post for mi just memba seh mi have some solomon gundy in mi fridge...mi love red herring but watch the salt!
