Ingredients

1 very ripe Banana
14 (or 16) oz. Soy Milk
a dash of grated nutmeg
Prep
----
Combine Milk, Banana and Nutmeg in a Blender and blend til your heart's delight, 'til VOILA!
Pour in your favourite glass and enjoy!!
(For those with a little edge [img]/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] , pour in a little bit your favourite rum)

1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1 tea/spn. peanut butter
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (w/out sugar)
Prep

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well until smoothie consistency is reached!

1 6oz container nonfat coconut yogurt (frozen)
1/2 banana
10 oz crushed pineapple (can variety is okay)
1 cup Soy milk

Put all ingredients into blender. Shake, rattle and roll, until smoothie consistency is reached! Pour in your favourite glass, kick off your shoe and shimmer into your favourite chair!
