I will be glad when the time change happens, then I can come on thej puter in the am, before you close the shop.

I picked all the scotch bonnet peppers this wk end. (got about 4ish cups worth). Do you have a receipy?? Rasta.b is going to cook them up, but I want to compare yours to his.

We have both been very busy working. This working full time/running a house etc. is very time consuming. I'm going to post some pics of the Jerk Pit, he built for me. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm no simmy or grandma2, but i've made pepper sauce and you better be very careful because your eyes will burn from the pepper when you cook them.

i learned a nicer way of making sauce was vinegar, the peppers and spices.

Hi Redj, you'll have to wait on G2 for this one as I don't have the recipe. I only have the one for Vinegar Pepper Sauce (this one you don't cook) and Paw Paw Pepper Sauce (this one you cook). Both contain scotch bonnets. If you want either, let me know.

SueSumba, that's the vinegar one I have. Lawks, I just use mi peppas fi cooking an buy di crushed peppa sauce fi wen mi need it. Mi naw guh mek mi yeye dem bun out.

girl i have 2 recipes mi will give yu

Hot Pepper

20 hot peppers,slices,or more(use gloves)
1 cho cho sliced (optional)
1 carrot sliced (optional)
2 onions, sliced
12 pimento seed
vinegar to cover

layer hot peppers with chocho,carrot and onions, in a clean dry jar.add pimento seeds.pour on enough vinegar to cover peppers or fill jar. cover good in about 2 week,but can be used instantly.

always use a clean spoon or fork in jar.enjoy

the next one i make small amount, cause its really good, but the shelf life not as long as the other one.

Pepper Sauce

12 scotch bonnet pepper Sliced
enough olive oil to cover

good a week later, but be sure to keep in the fridge an use a clean spoon.

now wat i do, (cause mi nuh like mi pepper cold. i have a little bottle an i full dat an keep it on the kitchen counter.

remember dis one easy to get mold,but sooooooo good
