Couple weeks ago, I had fried ripe banana. It was a first and it tasted very good. Here are couple recipes...
Fried ripe banana w/ coconut milk
Ingredients:
5 egg white
2 cup flour
1 c water
1/2 cup oil (use olive oil)
3 big banana (slightly ripe)
3 teaspns sugar
1 cup Coconut creme
Prep

1. In a container, mix sugar, egg white, flour, water into smooth and very stiff blend.
2. Peel bananas, cut each lengthwise in half. Coat banana pieces with batter blend.
3. In a fry pan, heat oil until hot. Carefully place the batter covered banana pieces (one at a time) into the hot oil. Cook the banana pieces for about 2 to 4 minutes or until golden. Remove banana from oil and place on a absorbent paper (paper towel). Place banana pieces in a bowl, and top with coconut creme.

Cinnamon fried banana
3 large, slightly green banana
4 level tablespoons cinnamon and sugar (mixed)
2 stick Butter
ice-cream or whipcream (optional)
Slice the banana into equal slices lengthwise. Fry it in a pan on both sides of each slice until slightly golden. Smother butter thinly on banana. Fry further for a few minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on while being fried. Serve when butter has been cooked in, with ice cream or cream.
