Pineapple and Habanero dip....

Someone on my job gave me a jar and I used it this weekend mixed with jerk sauce on some chicken and I tell you it was soooo good.

So now I need a recipe so I can make my own pineapple and habanero dip.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PINEAPPLE HABANERO SALSA

This recipe can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature before serving. Serve with grilled chicken or pork. This recipe is based on one from Gourmet magazine's May 2002 issue.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups crushed, canned pineapple, drained (reserve 2 tbsp. of juice)
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. mild molasses OR honey
3 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. minced seeded habanero chili OR 1/2 of a jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

PREPARATION:
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and let stand, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, to blend flavors.

SERVES: 4
