Re: Its BBQ time...
Mmmmmmmm. That sounds GOOD, n.c.rw!
Imm one BIG coffee lover (or is it "addict"? ), so I have to try that!!
How much vinegar (and what kind) to how much cold black coffee, please?
G2, I use a stupid-simple fail-proof 3-ingredient (none expensive) marinade good for all kinds of beef, and it takes the toughest cut of beef and makes it t---e---n---d---e---r!!
Equal parts of soy sauce, lemon juice (preferably fresh-squeezed than bottled) & golden sherry (the amontillado-style/"golden" sherry -- not the extra-dry/pale kind of sherry OR the extra-sweet/cream kind of sherry)
Go for the cheapest amontillado sherry you can buy, if it's for this purpose; save you buck$$$ for the GOOD stuff for sipping!
Dry Sack is easily obtainable and farily cheap ... but there are several even-cheaper brands, if you look for them.
