Fish Recipe for the Busy Person
This is one of my favorites. Enjoy!
Fish On The Run (recipe for two)
2 Salmon fillets (or any preferred fillet)
Sesame Seeds
Bottle of Sesame Ginger Marinating Sauce
Dash of white wine
Pam non-stick spray
Disposable Aluminum baking pan
Marinate salmon the night before in sesame ginger sauce and seal in a zip loc bag. If you can't do this the night before, it will still come out good if you do it the same day.
Spray pan with Pam and throw salmon in pan with marinating sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and dash of white wine. Cook covered with aluminum foil(the amount of cooking time depends on how done you like your fish) for half the time and then uncovered for remainder of the time.
When done, serve with soy sauce green beans.
Soy Sauce Green Beans
Whole string beans
Low salt soy sauce (or regular)
Sesame seeds
Sesame seed oil
Wash and trim beans and in a non-stick pan pour in small (dash) amount of oil. Let heat and then throw in beans and desired amount of soy sauce. Stir fry for two minutes (I prefer my beans semi-crisp) so cook until desired texture is achieved.
The best part of this whole meal is that the baking pan is disposable.
