This is the best chocolate cake I've ever made, and it didn't even need frosting it was so moist!
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
2 cups vegan brown sugar
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup soya milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, vanilla and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. Pour into pan 9 inch square cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 F.
