Fruit kabobs on the grill are simple and delicious. Soak wood skewers in water for 15 min to avoid burning on the grill. Marinate fruit (whatever your faves are, but pineapple is particularly good), in balsamic vinegar for 10-15 min., then put on skewers, and grill. Sounds weird, but is really good.
