Punch De Creme
3 tins condensed milk (14oz)
1/2 tin evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 lime
1/2 bottle rum (26 oz)
1 tbsp. Bitters (Angostura preferably)
1 grated nutmeg
Beat eggs with lime peel.
Add condensed milk gradually, then equally evaporated milk.
To the mixture add bitters and rum.
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
Bottle and serve over crushed ice.
