I did stay at the RUI Negril before I went to stay with family a town and let me tell you, it was majority Jamaicans working there all levels, service was great, alot of retuning Jamaicans also staying there, no one stopped us or cared when we invited our friend and driver to have a meal and drink with us ,this is a AI too so everything free. There are no big gates, you can drive in and out, all workers were very nice (only bad experince was some yt american telling my driver friend the rest room was broken, because he had the Juta id in his front pocket..ayye sah, mi had to wild up the bredda and tell him this is my guest you dont come here to Jamaica and presume anything, him face turn red and mi feel sorry afta fi wild him up cause a simple mistake but so it go, mi fried say it was fine, guess local yardy no get worked up over dem tings deh.

Well for me without giving too much away, I will be living in Ochi near exchange and Dunns River, the land paid off and we have another piece overlooking this helleva resort being built in runaway bay but the goverment keep raising the price on the people so that will be rental or commercial property. This trip was partly vacation but research, what I found is for a young person, there are many opps opening up, my friend the driver, is expanding his tour business, quit his job of 17 years because the money so good. As for gossip, my neigbors in Ochi is the man who sold us the land, and a chinese dentist live behind our lot, when we visit to bush the land I dont see anyone the air is cool like Mville but very nice middle class place. Then what if you not retiring, you work or consult (big need) operate your business and I will still maintain a base in Florida, to cool out and generate fx, always need a contingency plan. So now mi a save and work like mad cause that is what merica good fah, mi see many americans and non jamaicans down there working and living, hey why not me too.
