It is with great sadness that I have to tell all friends of Kenny/Jamlover, that he passed away a few days ago at St.Ann's Bay hospital.
Kenny had an accident on his moter scooter just outside Ochi...he broke his collar bone, 4 ribs & punctured his lung..he seemed to be on the mend then became ill & died on his way for a cat scan...it's just so sad...
Anyone who met Knenny knew what a great guy he was...Full of life, full of fun... he would walk for miles everyday & go & introduce himself to people, say Hi, hows it going..
He loved nothing more than chillin' out with his 'big head', a soda (he had bad kidneys & couldn't drink alcolhol) & some friends...
he would play his guitar, sings songs & nice up the area...he told the corniest jokes..and was a real ladies man...
He will be missed by many.
A visit from Kenny always brightened our day, I was looking forward to him moving to Ochi so we would see more of him...
He was as his name implied a 'Jamlover', he loved Jamaica, it's people, it's spirit...I know he had a great few months befor this tradgedy, but it still seems so cruel.
Kenny will always be here in spirit along with his beloved Laura, who's ashes he sprinkled all over Jamaica, even in my garden!
Please post your 'moments with Kenny'
