Hey, I noticed that you still have the conchtours website posted under your signature. I know that you have been having trouble with that website with bugs/rats/viruses and the like and that it is no longer up and running.

I also understand that you are going to have a new webpage out soon that will be much better than the last one. I can't wait for that to happen.

the beach area in your pic behind Sangster is called *Dead End* beach

Did u make it to Aquasol beach in Mobay Sunday during the day? that is the favorite local spot for the day time on Sunday. It is a day time party. first time I ever saw 6 year olds dance dancehall!!

SeanPaulGyal, No, I did not make it there because our stay was short and it did not include a Sunday. I will definitely put that on my list of "things to experience" the next trip. I listed the beach as being "Dead End Beach" in my report. It looked really nice and had some mini cliffs to jump off of. LeeAnne has swim/swum/swam there before and she really enjoyed it.

I cannot get enough of Jamaica and their people/culture/hospitality. Like I said before, July cannot come soon enough. Even Marilyn wants to take me out to party with her. I have seen some of her pictures (very nice looking lady) and read her reports. I don't know if I am up to the task! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] The locals might get jealous with me hanging out with such beautiful woman (Marilyn, LeeAnne and my wife).

I just want to thank all of the very kind responses to this thread. I am happy to spread the good vibes I have about a place I love. There is really so much I left out of the report because of one thing or another. The key is (and this is to all of the 1st timers) Don't be afraid to explore. Find a local you trust and you will have a great time.

If you do not know how to find a local, e-mail me or any other member of the boards and they will "hook you up" with someone who knows what the deal is. Weather it is LeeAnne, Sienna, Libby, Soloman, Ricky, Chef (amongst many others) (I hope to meet the latter 5 people in the future) none of them will steer you wrong. Listen to the regulars on the boards (Grandma2, Vi, Rebel, Bink, Wadadli, QueenB, IM, StAnnMuse, Marilyn, Murry, BND1999, SWaMii, sistagirl, ohliz, cutiep, MsRed (Thanks for the kind words), Yom, Reggae59, Sunshinechic2002, Schultz (we go back a little ways), Bandanna, Geocox and especially Trelawnysmall but the list goes on and on.

It only takes a little courage and I will guarantee you that you will be hooked for life, just like me!
