I am a Jamaican man who does not do drugs, doesn't commit crimes, works hard, and cares for his family. I have yet to encounter a Christian who is not a hypocrite. I have yet to find anything in Christianity that proves it to be a superior moral code to any other. [/qb]

I thought that, for the most part, ppl. do not become a part of a certain denomination because they dont agree with the beliefs and teachings,not because their are hypocrites in that denomination.see,as far as i know,their are MANY hypocrites,but I've never known it to be a REQUIRED trait.

if u were (keyword:IF) a christian would you act hypocritically???

can one act hypocritically as an atheist???(don't have to answer this one)

I can't speak for Jamaican men but for myself I do not follow any religious sect. I'm a white female and from the USA. Not that it matters.
Just wanted to say that more people than ya know are turning their backs, not on God, but on organized religions.I often visit chatrooms
of different religious faiths. The problem I have
is that all think their religious beliefs
are the only "true" way to God. I believe people often use religion to put themselves above others
instead of bringing us all together as it should.
For we all have one goal and that is to have
a loving relationship with our God and make it
to the other side to be with him one day.

They think a Christian is supposed to be perfect and even if they commit a small error (which we all do on a daily basis) people will point the finger and scorn them.
