Well it seemed to me you thought I was blaming American individuals for our rudeness, when in fact it's the American system that I blame. but what (and I'm probably to blame for not saying this in a clear enough manner) Some Canadians are eager to adopt this system for the most part, it is not being forced on some of them rather they have believed much of the propaganda that sells it as a better system than any other.
