well, i'm not condoning rape, but i do know there are times when you are not in the mood but your spouse is burning hot...so yu gi dem a likkle bligh, even though you yourself may not feel like it...

i think her act of airing their personal laundry in the media or a book is just as despicable as his supposed 'rape' of his wife...who stayed with him to the end i might add...
she could have gone to the police or left him...

Alot of people witnessed Bob abuse Rita. It was common knowledge back then amongst everyone that knew them in person. Bob not only abused Rita but he also abused Cindy. If she said something he did not like he used to hit her and then have sex with her after. He used to do this infront of anyone so if he was concerned about his business remaining behind closed doors he would not have done it.
