Have u thought about the daily cost to jamaicans where thses toll roads are concerned?
what are the economic benefits that are to be derived from them?
they plan to introduce toll roads in portmore where there was once none. what are the benefits?
development does not occur in a vaccuum. Investors would be stupid to invest in manufacturing and production with a govt that can set taxes at a moment's notice. with a tract record of such mismanagement of the country's finances who in their right mind would make such investments?
the only investments are in toll roads, and govt paper(with huge interest rates).
