Fi mi posse use to do this all during summer holiday...back in de 70's when mi did live a Hughenden...guh up Red Hills Rd buy callallo, flour, cornmeal, rice,pick some ackee, Simmy was de cook, and every man & woman eat till dem buss.. one of two houses boat run every day except Sunday...well mi lie .. some Sunday wi gone a Portmore/Hellshire or St Thomas pon de beach a play ball an swim....have one bredren who use to swim so faarr out yuh couldn si him

I remember going on a school trips and my grandmother would pack cooked lunch for me, ie., rice w/ curry chicken. Here, they think you will die from all that bacteria - lol

Bassman, wha gwaan. When mi madda buy mi new shoes pan Saturday, mi just keep looking pan mi new shoes til me go a church Sunday, then in a church, mi na listen to preacher just a look pan mi new shoes. Dem time deh a only two shoes mi have one fi school, one fi church.
