Sassy, I don't know if it's available in the US. Maybe there would be others that do the same job available there.
Tuesday 20th January
B - Cornflakes, small amount of brown sugar, soya milk, oj and water (lots of pills to take, yuk). Oh and a boiled egg!
Mid-morning - guess what
Gym session: Only on the bike today. Had an emotional morning so I did two different programmes on the bike at level 10, for a total of 30 mins, then did my regular ab work ending with stretching. Helped a great deal
L - Jam sandwich, no frills, just a plain strawberry sandwich (organic jam) and an apple.
Later that afternoon I had one small piece of chocolate, (and I mean small).
Pre-dinner I found a bag of chocolates that we'd been given for the holidays so I had 3 mini plain chocolate bars
I did a little ab work whilst watching so-called 'celebrities' do their thing in a programme called 'Fit Club'. I'm currently sipping a small amount of Appleton Estate before bedtime.
Tomorrow is my rest day but I plan to be in the gym on Thursday. I missed the beginners spin class (again) today as I got the time wrong. Will try again next week [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray:
