Yes he did, but that situation is different than what we were talking about earlier in the thread. There was nothing natural about his selection of who to have a child with, it was all arranged, i.e. according to the culture of the day. We are left to conclude that if the child could have been his, he wouldn't have had a problem with it.
BTW, I have always wondered if he had no intention of fathering children under those circumstances, why did he bother sleeping with her?
