Gentleman- the moon rocks retrieved from the surface of the moon could only have been created on the moon.

There is no rock on the face of this earth that matched them, except for lunar meteorites that have distinct entry markings. This is a conclusion drawn by countless scientists who have made it their life work to study them. US scientists and non US. Are they all in on this?

The radioactive belt Derek refers to is indeed dangerous when exposure is for loooooooooooooooooong periods of time, unsheltered. The astronauts passed through, in a spaceship. Going going gone over 20,000 miles per hour. Radiation damage is also cumulative. Look at chemo patients. Are they blasted out at their first treatment? No...

I can photoshop a picture into 1897, put Wyatt Earp in a tutu with pistols and nipple tassles, that doesn't mean that's when it was snapped or that he wore them under his jacket. If they can fake a whole lunar landing, why not fake your photo.

There were hundreds of thousands of witnesses to the rockets launching...hundreds of thousands of scientists who have poured over the details and materials of the lunar program, the 'evidence' if you will...it's all solid.

Of course the US gov lies, through it's muthaluvin teeth sometimes, and sometimes for horrible reasons to cover horrible deeds, but so do all governments because so do all humans seem to love to lie and perpetrate misery on their fellows, and what are governments but reflections and creations of us.

What that has to do as a wagging finger regarding the moon landing being faked I am not sure. Nobody doubts they blew up an Atom bomb...nobody doubts Challanger lift offs...so because they lie in one thing does not make the whole of it a lie- that is a logical fallacy.

We are still bouncing radio signals off the lunar surface. Somebody went there...maybe we have a secret deal struck with the Grays. Or the Reptilians.

Sorry gentleman, but a moon hoax is a fantasy- all of the points raised by hoax proponents can be summarily dismissed by good science- the non parallel shadows, no stars, the smoking gun photos (NASA apparently even released rehearsal photos to the press so they could get an idea what the landing was going to be like) the flag waving in the 'wind,' the dust, all of it.

That is why I say, in this day and age, it is strange to see people still claiming we never went there. The evidence we did is monumental. The evidence we did not is paltry and does not stand against scientific scrutiny.

As I said earlier, I'm not taking sides in this but there are enough issues that make me think.
And think is all I can do.

I neither believe nor disbelieve information. For example the US government claimed to have documented proof that Saddam has weapons of mass destruction. I saw the diagrams and satellite images on TV. I saw Coiln Powell talking in an assertive manner.

I'm not saying you're wrong brother, but you have no proof to back up your statements. And don't mention scientists; they don't verify anything. The satellite images showing Saddam's weapons installations were scientifically based.

By the way, I have no proof to the contrary either, therefore, I neither believe nor disbelieve that man went to the moon.

The bottom line is, I don't know. Nor do you.

Well, this is why you can appeal to logic.

WMD should not be compared to the Moon landing. but it is good to be suspicious and skeptical. but not to a fault.

Especially since info that has now been peer reviewed, according to the scientific method as it were, has now indeed shown that much of the intel was wrong in the WMD case. likewise, conclusions can be drawn from the body of data we have before us re: the lunar landing.

There seems to be enough of a data set collected regarding the lunar landing to allow us a degree of safety in our conclusions.

The hoax proponents certainly raise many interesting points. Nobody should advocate blind belief, and not that I have followed the whole thing but so far every interesting point that has been raised by the hoax proponents has been met decisively with scientific fact, at least the arguments that I have followed, and often with repeatable results- such as the non parralel shadows, the relative lightness and darkness of shadows, the rocks brought back, even the smoking gun "C" rock, the hammer/feather physics experiment, etc.
