I've wondered sometimes what media reports involving me would include in their narrative. Here is a sample:

"Neighbours described him as a quiet man who kept to himself......"

"Passersby looked on in horror as...."

"Officers were overcome by the smell of burning...."

"Relatives denied knowing......"

"Investigators were unable to identify...."

"His live in girlfriend fled......"

"He left no clues as to...."

"Sections of the neighbourhood were cordoned off....

"SWAT Team members beat a hasty retreat as...."

And of course:

"The Jamaican government refused to...." [/qb]

RC,this kid went off on a SCHOOL graduation trip, but did not meet the plane home. This happens very infrequently, trust me... and had it been a highschooler of any color or shape, that went missing, it would still be a big deal.

If you wonder whether this case will have an effect on tourism, I would think that it will. On Fox, on Bill O'Rielly's show, he had the Kirschhoch's on to talk about it just last Friday. Remember Claudia? O'Rielly said he had been to Jamaica, and loved it.... BUT he'd never go back.

These spring breaks and graduation trips that 18 and nineteen year olds have traditionally taken to the Carribean were fundamental to building a tourist base for decades to come.
