Today's moderator's and administrators take note. There were times when member's disagreed with Marcia's actions in closing a post or confronting a member. Yet she was still loved and respected deeply.

So don't be discouraged when it seems like you're getting ragged on and nobody takes the time to tell you how much you are appreciated. Many of us don't know what we had until it's gone. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70361-embarassed.gif[/img]

Been thinking about her lately.

For one person to have such a positive impact on so many persons, she had to be special.

I guess she had to go.

Dear Q,

I hope all's well with you as it is for me.

Xavier and I propose a change to the name and description of the forum you currently moderate and would like your nod on this.

The new name would be Business/Professional Building with the description being "a meeting place for individuals seeking advice on exchanging ideas on professional development, education& leadership and informaton on career; building

Please, let me have your views on this as soon as you can.

Also, if you need some help to co-moderate and have anyone in mind, please let me know also.

Yours and Xaviers proposal sounds fine with me.
I don`t mind being a humble servant, moderating.
Could you please light my torch and give me an idea just what you wish to target in the new named forum.
From thence I`d be better prepared to offer some views.
What hit me initially with the new name is the length and number of words used. I might presume that you are going for more participation by attracting a broader interest group.
We can put the new forum on trial and see the response. I`m with you.
