Many times a day we are entertained,educated or m9tivated by such recorded messages dofe by people long dead. So yes the dead can speak, if the recorded it before they loose the ability to do so.

True! Even if their memories are etched in our minds. I still hear my mother telling me to sit up straight at the dinner table and to not speak with my mouth full.

Silent River...I thought I would have had the 7 responses by Friday, but I only have 2. I know you would have given another extension. Are you telling me that nobody can put a serious opinion?

A few years ago I went to a court case - people were contesting the &quot;Last Will and Testimony&quot; of the deceased and saying that the person was of unsound mind and not able to think etc.
In short the judge then said he was the voice of the dead, and that he wanted all that was mentioned in the will to be carried out in three days, and if he couldn't get or came up short - it ment jail time.

He then asked them and the lawyer, if the person was not fit to state how he wanted his assets to be disposed of - How come there were no loop-holes in the will, and why did he give 7 persons a copy?
