What Countries Require Visa in the Caribbean?

Could someone tell me which countries in the Caribbean require visas to enter. Ted and I plan on visiting some island, haven't figured it out yet, but we need to know if they require a visa for a Jamaican passport and an American passport. I alrady know the American possessions require a visa from a Jamaican.

Good morning JM. I know that Barbados requires a VISA from Jamaican citizens and a Passport from American citizens. St. Lucia doesn't require either, unless something has just changed.

the most effective way to find this is tio place a call to your local Air Jamaica office,nd they wyll confirm that Jamaicans need visa to Cayman Is. (recent) US Virgin Islands Porto Rico,Haiti,Domonican Republic,but not Barbados Trinidad,Grenada,St Vincent,St Kitts-Nevis,St Lucia,Antigua-Barbuda Guardaloupe (French),Belize and Guyana ubless they are there to work.

You're right Dr. D, I was mixing up my friend from the Dominican Republic with the Jamaican friend I was traveling with. The friend from the DR need a visa, not the Jamaican one. The entire list of countries can be found at barbados.org.

Thanks for the info. Now we can figure out which country to pick. Anyone have favorites of the list Dr Dudd put up for ones not requiring a visa for a Jamaican?
