I don't see how she ended up there. I understand the travel agent booking the wrong flight, but she never looked at her tickets, she never listened to the flight attendant or pilot saying where they were going? When they do boarding announcements she didn't think oh wait that's not where I am going? I don't think she knew where she wanted to go.
