Here's what Desire Petroleum share price has been looking like over the last 6 months:

I have taken all my initial investments profit out of two of the three companies I own in that list.. so it is all pure profit I am sitting on.. the third is sitting on 60% untaken profit.. I will consider more profit out of Desire at 1.40... And Rock hopper at £1.10 if it gets there before the rig arrivess... the other one I already taken 100% profit.. so am risking.... I will set stock loss values on my account when the rig arrives depending on the the value and adjust upward on a daily basis..

All oil companies are speculative till they anounce comercial oil.. As I am now playing with pure profits so can take long term risks .. Had I got in now my strategy would be to get profits ahead of the bust.. Look at desire 10 years ago is an object lesson, it hit 427 p.. I got in at 110 p and instead of takking profit I invested more.. it took a fuirther 5 years and a furhter invest ment to recoup my paper losses and more than double my investment..

What is the objection to desire using an image of a rockhopper ??? I thought it was ironic given the name of one of their competitors is Rockhopper! Have you even heard of Desire breaking any enviromental rules ??? Do you object to the use of hydrocarbon as a source of energy ???? Having grown up without electricity I hated it noiw that I have it I dont want to lose having it..The physics of energy is simply the fact of the matter there no viable effective energy practical energy dense enough alternative source of energy. The most likely scanrio uis a hot fusion reactor CERN have run the experiment a couple months ago and did demonstrate that it is fesible on a split seacond basis.. They emnvision that we can be commercial in twenty years time.. Having followed fusion for nearly 4 decades they always seem to be twenty years away!!!

.... Given I invested in rights issues to fund the falkland project I want to make a profit!!!! I dont work for pleasure but for profit!

I had misunderstood and thought they were planning to explore in the Caribbean (hardly makes it better though).

Considering the environmental effects of bauxite mining in JA, I'm skeptical of any Jcan govt's ability to protect citizens' rights. No corporation will look out for citizens as that is not their business.

de oil between haiti and venezuela is compared to an olymic size swimming pool to a glass of water. Not only is there oil, but gold, silver, diamonds and odda tings. When Aristide wanted to share it wid de ppl de US needed and did get him out.
